Zac is an authorised financial planner and qualified in the Certificate of Healthcare Insurance Products. He works with both corporate and private clients, advising them on how to structure cost-efficient and high-value employee benefits offerings.
Zac studied International Economics at the University of Nottingham and has previously worked as an Investment Analyst.

Katy has over 22 years of experience in the industry and is one of our senior technical experts with a specialty in pensions. She provides holistic advice for her clients and also provides guidance and support for some of our younger advisers. Katy joined Vintage in 2013 and achieved Chartered status the following year. She started in the industry paraplanning for her mother, an IFA in North Scotland before moving down to Central London to work for various large IFAs, this has greatly contributed to her success in the financial services sector.
Outside of work, Katy enjoys playing golf and is enjoying the challenge of trying to lower her handicap.

He has lived or studied in London, Jerusalem, Brussels and Oxford, from where he has a degree in PPE and was awarded two blues for football. Saul’s specialisms include investments, tax mitigation, IHT planning and helping people arrange their financial affairs during and after making Aliyah to live in Israel.

Nick is a Business Development Director of Vintage Wealth Management’s private wealth division in South West England, where he leads a team providing expert planning advice to high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. He originally established the business in 2009, increasing funds under management to over £100m before its acquisition by Vintage Wealth Management in 2021.
Nick has gained extensive experience in financial services over a career spanning almost four decades, first moving into the independent sector in 1995 after roles with NatWest, Prudential and SunLife. He has a wide range of experience, and particular strengths in building and developing businesses, systems implementation, business planning and M&A. Nick is a qualified Pension Transfer specialist, holds a Diploma in Financial Planning and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Over the course of a prestigious career in the financial services industry spanning four decades, John has managed private client and institutional funds across the global equity markets. He successfully established a Wealth Management business for Brachers, a leading firm of Kent solicitors. Prior to that, he was a Director of Aberdeen Asset Management, with responsibility for managing the group’s investments in continental Europe.
In 2006, John co-founded European Wealth, which grew funds under management to £1.75bn by 2017, when he left to establish Broad Street Asset Management. He joined Vintage Wealth Management in November 2019 as Chief Executive Officer where he brings expertise, commitment and a successful track record of overseeing significant change and business growth management to the role.

Chief Operating Officer
Lee is a Senior Financial Planner and Chief Operations Officer within Vintage Wealth Management. He manages a client bank, sits on the Investment Committee, and helps with business strategy.
He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser, and qualified Investment Manager dealing with high net worth clients. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial planning and accountancy industry.
Lee was a Director of the Investment Management group of BDO where he worked until 2005. He was a partner of Nyman Libson Paul Chartered Accountants and founder and Chief Operations Officer of the NLP Financial Management Group which he sold in March 2021. He continued working at the NLP Financial Management Group until October 2023.
Lee has developed several investment opportunities for clients with one property development investment worth over £250 million. Whilst managing various financial management businesses he has always maintained an extensive client bank.

Bernard has more than 30 years’ experience in Financial Services working for major companies including Prudential, AXA and Scottish Widows.
Having operated at senior management and director level for the past 15 years, he brings a wealth of experience to Vintage where he is responsible for the further recruitment and management of the advisory team, as well as increasing business flow and managing the requirements of our joint venture companies.
In addition to his industry recognised qualifications, Bernard is a Certified Change Management Practitioner and a Prince2 Practitioner in Project Management.

With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Darryl has developed extensive expertise in the provision of holistic financial advice and operational leadership. His career encompasses roles as a paraplanner and adviser within a major accountancy practice, as well as strategic involvement in the management, operations, and growth of financial advisory firms. Having joined Vintage Wealth Management in 2013, Darryl has played a pivotal role across all facets of the business. He initially led the technical and compliance department, offering guidance and support to advisers, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, integrity, and regulatory adherence.
Now, as Director of Operations, Darryl oversees the firm’s day-to-day operational functions, including team leadership, process optimisation, compliance management, and strategic delivery. Renowned for his meticulous attention to detail and continuous drive for improvement, he is dedicated to enhancing efficiency, mitigating risk, and ensuring consistently high-quality client service. His collaborative leadership style ensures seamless coordination across the organisation, supporting Vintage Wealth Management’s sustained growth and commitment to excellence.

Dean Kidd boasts nearly a decade of experience in Compliance within the wealth and asset management sector, having held positions at both large corporations and medium-sized, rapidly expanding firms. His experience spans across a variety of industries, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in different work environments.
With a strong background as a Compliance Manager, Dean brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Vintage. Currently serving as the Head of Risk and Compliance for all Vintage companies, he holds the SMF16 Compliance Oversight and SMF17 MLRO functions.
Dean’s role is vital in ensuring that the company operates in full compliance with regulations and has played a pivotal role in driving the growth objectives of the Vintage Group of Companies.

Prior to joining Vintage in 2023, Dipesh served as the Financial Controller for Citihub Limited, an IT consultancy company focused in the financial services sector where had been for over 13 years. During this time he helped grow the company exponentially which lead to it being acquired. Before that he served as the Financial Controller for a prominent mortgage packaging company.

On completion of the apprenticeship, Marcus was employed in a full-time capacity covering the new business, policy servicing and reviews department and has progressed to co-managing the Paraplanning department. Some of Marcus’ responsibilities include reviewing and improving internal processes, training and mentoring for the CII diploma exams.
Marcus holds the diploma in regulated financial planning, certificate in equity release and mortgage advice, award in long term care insurance and is currently working towards chartered status.

Joel began his career in the property industry in 2012, starting out in residential agency just down the road from our offices in Finchley Central before moving on to Hampstead and Little Venice.
After four years of selling some of the capital’s most exclusive homes, he decided to move across to the specialist property finance space in 2016 where he has established relationships with a range of mainstream lenders, international and private banks, and smaller niche funders. His main specialist areas are bridging finance, development finance and commercial mortgages and many of his clients are repeat borrowers, some of whom have known him from his time in agency. Joel enjoys working with property investors and developers to understand their funding requirements and identify the best outcomes for them.
Outside of work Joel loves spending time with his young family and is a passionate supporter of Arsenal FC.

Thanks to Paul’s unwavering dedication, he has progressed to the position of Senior Mortgage Administrator, playing a pivotal role in the department’s impressive track record of customer satisfaction.

Amaar is a consultant Solicitor at Vintage, providing comprehensive legal advice and solutions to our clients in-house, ensuring that our intimate knowledge of our clients’ financial needs and circumstances is fully reflected in the legal services he offers. Amaar’s practice is focused on Private Client services including estate planning and inheritance tax mitigation solutions; advising on and setting up wills, trusts and powers of attorney.
Working with our external law firm, he also facilitates our estate management service at a difficult time for our clients’ families, including with inheritance tax returns to HMRC, applications to the Courts for the Grant of Probate, and to the Land Registry for giving effect to inheritance and trust arrangements.
Amaar also assists our clients’ businesses with commercial contracts and advice on complex corporate and tax transactions.
Over the past 15 years, Amaar has helped innumerable start-ups and established family businesses alike to scale up to their full potential and provided holistic estate planning advice that takes accounts of personal and business finances. Initially specialising in project finance and international commercial law, Amaar has also served as a judicial assistant in a constitutional court and worked for seven years as a UK civil servant. This included acting as an Adjudicator for disputes brought to the Housing Ombudsman and as the lead investigator for UK tariffs under the WTO system. Amaar most recently served as a policy and strategy adviser to the British Government on international trade for three years.
He also holds a Master of Laws degree (LLM) and a professional qualification with the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment. He has lived and worked in five countries and speaks seven languages.
